We are publishing the report read by Msgr. Vazquez at the Demographic Forum in Budapest


"Globalized society will find a future of civilization if and in as far as it will be able to promote a family culture capable of rethinking the family as the vital link between private and public happiness." This was stated by the Undersecretary of the Pontifical Council for the Family, Msgr. Carlos Simon Vazquez, in his intervention at the Budapest Demographic Forum, scheduled for 5 to 7 November.
