An Increasingly European Horizon   versione testuale
The creation of Eurcom.org, a project co-ordinated by journalists. At the center, culture, communication and education “made in Europe”

A project coordinated by and among journalists in Europe, with the method of an online laboratory, apt for promoting and sharing reflections and proposals on the future of the “common European home.” Eurcom.org is an initiative launched by the association Progetti&Percorsi, which intends to operate in Italy and throughout Europe in the field of cultural promotion, with specific attention to the world of communication and education.

Constant attention is devoted to the evolution and the social, cultural, political and spiritual heritage of Europe, also in relation to other continents, and especially on the issues of human rights, peace and the environment. Among its commitments, Eurcom states that it will reflect “on the thought and life of the Church in each European country and of church entities in Europe (CCEE Comece, KEK-CEC) on the most relevant ethical issues in the cultural, political and institutional debate." Children and the family, for example, writes Piotr Mazurkiewicz, will be reflected on in the context of the crisis of the family at the European level, on the basis of the "Letter to Families" that John Paul II wrote thirty years ago.
