In Lisbon, the XV International Congress of Roman Law, organized by the Faculty of Law of the local university, is being held these days on the theme “Power and Law”. The President of the Pontifical Council for the Family, being unable to participate because in official visit to the UN, sent his discours on the family in Roman law, which will be read at one of the sessions of the Congress.
