The Holy Family of Jesus

	When God wanted to live among people, he became a child, choosing to have a mother and a man to help him grow up, just as all fathers do. Jesus' family is called "holy," because it was the family of the Son of God. Looking at Mary and Joseph, Jesus discovered what it means to be loved and to love, and he realized that the best name for God is "Father."
Did you ever imagine that? Jesus did not need a family, but he wanted to be like us to make us resemble him! Since that time, every family is a place where God and his Son are welcome, and so it becomes a part of their plan, which is our salvation.
