A supportive family supports and helps another family in need, with the inclusion of all the members of both households. This is the aim of the project "A Family for a Family", intended to support families who are going through a difficult period of managing their daily life and in the educational relationship with their children. This innovative approach shifts the centrality of the intervention from the child to the entire household.
The initiative, developed in 2003 by the Paideia Foundation, which has already been crowned with success in several Italian regions, will soon be launched in Rome, thanks to the cooperation of the diocesan Caritas, Caritas Italia and the Department of Social Policy of Roma Capitale.
