Mons. Paglia meets family movements and associations to agree on the initiatives for 2013
The Pontifical Council for the Family organized, on the morning of the 11th, a significant meeting between the President, Archbishop Vincenzo Paglia, and major movements and associations that deal with family and life, both nationally and internationally. The focus was on the initiatives promoted by the Dicastery in 2013, and supported by over 100 interventions at the Synod on the family and life. Family, transmission and testimony of faith constitute the urgency that must engage those who care about the “cell” and “resource” of society. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Offices of Family Life of the Italian Bishops’ Conference and the Vicariate of Rome, respectively Fr. Enzo Botticini and Mons. Paolo Mancini.
