The intervention of Bishop Paglia at a Meeting at the United Nations in New York
Friday, February 15th, the President of the Pontifical Council, Archbishop Paglia, spoke at the United Nations in during a meeting organized by the diplomatic representative of the Holy See, on the topic “The Family, a Resource for Society.”
The meeting was opened by the Nuncio Msgr. Chullikatt and talks were given by the Ambassador Nassir Al Nasser Adulaziz, representative of “Alliance of Civilizations” to the UN, by Rabbi Jeremy Rosen, of Manhattan’s Persian Jewish community, and by Prof. Helen Alvaré, professor of Law at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia.
