El Salvador is a country with deep Catholic roots; there, abortion is prohibited in all its forms by the Constitution of the Republic. For many years now, in El Salvador, December 28th has been the National Day of the Right to Life. A march sponsored by over 90 Catholic organizations, with the support of all the Bishops, brought together thousands of people from all backgrounds, among whom there were even many politicians. When they arrived at the seat of Parliament, a letter was delivered to the Representatives asking them to always support policies in favor of life and the family.
