Happy Wives? It’s Possible   versione testuale
The American Fawn Weaver explains in a book how to build a happy marriage

Having respect, trust, rituals. Believing in God, laughing, food interests outside the family. Self-support, being friends and choosing wisely who to frequent. These are the points that sum up the “ideal relationship” according to Fawn Weaver, author of “Happy Wives Club” (www.happywivesclub.com). According to Fawn, the 37th director of hotels in California, African-American and Christian, the recipe for happiness is to face marriage in a positive way, even if it means forgiving the excesses of one’s husbands, and to avoid conflicts. So, a happy marriage isn’t a fairy tale, but rather a choice that is renewed every day. After having gathered testimonies from “happy wives” around the world, Fawn no longer has any doubts about the fact that the majority of tears is caused by misunderstandings, most often of the woman about the man: “We have different makeups,—she explains—we know how we want to do things and so we try to change people.” They should, instead, be accepted as they are. The book is full of simple tips to discover, or rediscover, the good present in every relationship. Then, with regard to the relationship between two people, just remember that to have a good marriage it’s not necessary be a perfect couple. It's good, Weaver writes in her book, “to make a list of the couple’s 10 biggest flaws, and then to forget them right away.”
