Father Ferdinand Lugonzo, General Secretary of the Association of the members of the Bishops’ Conferences of Africa, has invited the Catholics to deepen the work of evangelization in the region. The appeal was launched during the Mass in preparation for the three-day meeting that will precede AMECEA’s XVIII Plenary Assembly, whose theme will be “New Evangelization through true conversion and witnessing to Christian faith.”
