Cornelius Kipng’eno Arap Korir, Bishop of the Diocese of Eldoret, has asked President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta to block the Parliament's proposal on polygamous marriages. “The Church supports the unity of marriage, Christianity rejects polygamy and, if the bill were approved, family values would be eroded,” said Msgr. Korir.
