The objective of the course, organized by the Diocesan Center of Pastoral Outreach to Families, is to help couples facing the challenge of infertility in realizing their hopes of having a family. The course taking place in Florence is called, “Rediscover Fertility in the Way of Love,” and is a series of weekly encounters with presentations by two couples that struggled with infertility. The two very real life experiences, as the couples recount, show that infertility should not be viewed as a punishment or injustice, but as an opportunity to discover a different type of fertility, more profound, that comes from God and the grace linked to sacramental marriage.
