"Families built for a new world" is the theme of the prayer that will take place from 16 to 18 January, at the headquarters of the Community Canção Nova (New Song), in San Paolo, Brazil. The participants will set up a "camp for families," and they are invited to live a weekend of praise and intercession for all the families who are in need of reconciliation and the fullness of joy. The speakers will be Msgr. Alberto Taveira Corrêa, consultant of the Pontifical Council for the Laity and Archbishop of Belém do Pará (Brazil), Msgr. Jonas Abib, priest and founder of the Community Canção Nova, Fr. Roger Araujo, a priest of the same community, and Fr. Chrystian Shankar, pastor of the shrine of Our Lady of Aparecida in Divinópolis. Moreover, João Carlos and Maria Luiza, a couple of psychologists; Adriana Aryres, singer and composer of Catholic music; and Lúcio Domicio and Andreia Giselia, with Jimmy, Benedita, Dunga and Cassiano, missionaries of the Community Canção Nova, will also intervene.
